All NDT and destructive examinations are carried out with solution partners with international accreditation.


PT

Liquid penetrant inspection is used to visualise surface cracks. Surface cracks are checked and reported by our personnel. If desired, this process can also be carried out in our facility with independent auditors.


MT

Magnetic Particle Inspection is used in magnetisable materials for the control of subsurface cracks. Magnetic particle control is performed and reported by our company personnel. If desired, this process can also be carried out in our facility with independent auditors.


UT

Ultrasonic inspection is used to find any discontinuity in the internal structure of the material. The sound frequency is sent to the part and the results are interpreted by comparing the feedback distance of this frequency with the part geometry. UT control is performed and reported by our company personnel. If desired, this process can also be carried out in our facility with independent auditors.


RT

Radiographic examination reflects the discontinuities in the part to the films on the part by radiating a radioactive element or filament on the part. The application, which is very successful in areas with little thickness difference in geometry, requires expertise in both manufacturing and testing to comment on results with excessive thickness changes and surface and film defects. If desired, this process can be carried out in a special facility with independent auditors.

Can production be made from any material?

Production can be made from any material approved by the state for use in the domestic and foreign markets.

What are your Quality Control stages?

  • The part is checked at the beginning and end of the entry, first process, intermediate process and final process operations. If NDT is required, RT external tests are performed in our company's facility.
  • In our company, measurement controls are carried out with the support of Scanning and CMM.

What is your average delivery time?

The answer to this question emerges after a study of part material, production type, geometry, and requirements. Since these requirements are different for each part, a general answer cannot be given.

What is done with additive manufacturing?

With the structure of our company and working partners, even 1 piece of your part / equipment that you are sure of the accuracy of its geometry and / or data can be produced.

Is there a material / geometry limit in additive manufacturing?

  • All standard materials can be produced. Very high quality materials (such as Ti alloys) sometimes cause problems.
  • Unlike the material, the geometry limit is almost non-existent. In this way, impellers, impellers, parts and special designs with more advanced blade forms can be manufactured.

Do you have any work on green reconciliation?

Yes, the carbon footprint of our company at all stages has been calculated and this information is provided to our customers.
